Course Description
We all like to think that we're well-attuned to risks for ethics, compliance, and accountability problems. Yet, there is a whole world of frequently overlooked or ignored red flags for problems that are actually ''hiding in plain sight' right in front of us. Start being able to see them!
This brief course will stick with simple and immediately-applicable ideas and tools you can use to recognize more of those risks right away.
What you will learn:
- Three ways to re-think how you think about ethics that will help you spot more ethics risk.
- Four areas on which you and your organization need to focus if you want to do a better job of assuring a culture of ethics, compliance, and accountability.
- Six easily-spotted red flags for ethics problems that you and your organization are probably missing but can't afford to overlook or ignore.
There are no prerequisites for this course. It is suitable for all levels of experience.
The format is video segments with written study questions following each module. There is a test at the end of the last learning module which is required only if you would like a certificate of completion of this one-hour course.
